This was my first experience buying a brand new car. Of all the car lots I went to, Bob Frensley, from the moment I pulled in, treated me like royalty. Steve Collins greeted me as soon as I pulled up. That was refreshing. I had been to 5 car lots prior to Bob Frensley and was never greeted once. Not once was my presence ever acknowledged. I remember going with my father when I was growing up and my father was a retail salesman himself. I know what good customer service is. I had not received it till I came to Bob Frensley. As a first time buyer, Steve Collins made me feel comfortable and important. That meant a lot. The whole team was very courteous and welcoming. Not only do I love my car, I love the people who took care of me. I'm very thankful and fortunate to have come to Bob Frensley.

Yesterday after a shopping stop we started our 2009 Jeep GC and none of the instruments worked.  We called Chrysler and were refereed to your shop for maintenance.  We called and were given directions from some of your employees and told that they could get us into service that day.  We arrived and Tim Suggs our service adviser took control.  We were fixed and out the door in a little over an hour.
We are full time RV people and have traveled all over the country.  We have had auto problems in the past but never received such prompt service from a auto dealer any where else.  The staff was friendly and efficient.
