I had some issues with a Hellcat purchased in another state that ended up involving FCA. Both the Sales and Services departments showed patience and understanding while helping get everything sorted out. When it came time for FCA to replace the car these guys really knocked it out of the park. Willie Epps was the salesman that took care of getting things set up for the exchange with out needing much input from me. My job consisted of picking a new car out. If I end up buying a truck, it'll be through Bob Frensley's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat.Gary Dull has got to be the easiest service manager at any dealer ship I have ever had to deal with. When you start looking at major warranty work it helps to have some one that will take the time to remember your name, tell you whats going, let you know what to expect for time lines, and in general just get your back. The dealer ship is not FCA, FCA will waste no time letting you know that. However, being able to have a good relationship with the service manager is number one on the list when it comes to just getting things done. Great dealership. I was treated with respect.
